Refunds & Returns
Transparency and fairness are the core of Forest Cedar. Please review our policies for US orders below.
1. Order Cancellation & Modification
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation fees depend on the production stage of your custom sauna:
- Within 48 Hours: Free cancellation. You will receive a full refund.
- After 48 Hours: A $200 handling fee applies, as materials have already been allocated for production.
- After Shipment: If the order has already left our facility, you are responsible for Round-trip Freight costs plus a 20% Cancellation Fee.
2. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 natural days from the date of receipt to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, unmodified, in its original packaging, and include all labels.
Change of Mind / Buy's Remorse
If you wish to return a non-defective product (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong size):
- Customer pays Round-trip Shipping Fees.
- A 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: Clearance items, bulk commercial purchases, or used/modified products.
3. Damages & Quality Issues
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. To ensure a seamless replacement process, any visible damage, defects, or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Reported within 48 Hours: Forest Cedar will provide a free replacement or cover the cost of missing parts at no charge to the customer.
- Reported AFTER 48 Hours: We will still assist with repair parts, but shipping and a replacement fee may apply.
Note: We require 5–10 clear photos or videos of the damage to process your claim. Inspection takes 1–3 days.
4. Warranty Coverage
Forest Cedar offers a One-Year Limited Warranty on all wooden saunas, covering material and workmanship defects. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damage caused by misuse are not covered. Damage visible upon delivery is NOT a warranty claim; it must be reported as shipping damage within 24 hours.
5. Installation Services
We offer professional on-site installation for a flat fee of $1,600.
- Refundable: If the sauna has NOT yet been installed, the $1,600 fee can be refunded.
- Non-Refundable: Once installation service is completed, the $1,600 fee is strictly non-refundable.

7. How to Start a Return
Do not ship items back to the return address without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
- Contact support to initiate a request.
- Provide order number and required photos/videos.
- Once approved, we will provide the nearest return warehouse address.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
- As our saunas are large-scale equipment, they must be returned to our specialized logistics centers, not our Wyoming administrative office.
