Transparency and fairness are the core of ForestCedar. Please review our policies for US orders below.

1. Shipping Policy

📍 Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Not included in standard shipping. Please contact customer support to verify feasibility and calculate applicable surcharges.
  • International: Not currently available.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Timelines

1. Processing Time (Before Shipping)

  • In-Stock Items: Orders ship within 3 – 5 business days after confirmation.
  • Custom / Made-to-Order: Orders ship within 20 – 30 business days after confirmation.

2. Transit Time (Shipping Duration)

  • Standard Areas (48 Contiguous States): 20 – 25 business days.
  • Remote Areas: 25 – 30 business days.

*Note: Holidays and severe weather conditions may cause delays of 1-2 business days.

🚚 Delivery Method

Large items (Saunas) are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight.

  • Appointment: The carrier will contact you ~24 hours prior to set a delivery window.
  • Signature Required: Someone 18+ must be present to sign.
  • Service Level: Deliveries are "Curbside" or "Driveway" only. Installation is NOT included unless purchased separately.

2. Order Cancellation & Modification

Plans change? We understand. Fees depend on the production stage:

🕐 Within 48 Hours

Free cancellation.

You will receive a full refund.

⚠️ After 48 Hours

A $200 handling fee applies.

Materials allocated for production.

🚢 After Shipment

You are responsible for Round-trip Freight costs + 20% Cancellation Fee.

3. Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 natural days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging.

⛔ Non-Returnable Items

Custom-sized saunas, used/installed products, and clearance items cannot be returned.

🔄 Return Process

Submit Request: Email sales@forestcedar.com with your Order # and clear photos (proof of damage or unused condition).

Authorization & Address: We will review within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide the Return Warehouse Address.
(Do not ship back to the sender address without authorization.)

Refund: Upon inspection (1-2 weeks), the refund will be issued to your Original Payment Method.
(Credit cards may take an additional 3-5 days to post.)

4. Damages & Quality Issues

CRITICAL: 24-Hour Reporting Window

Please inspect your delivery immediately. Visible damage must be reported within 24 hours.

  • Within 24 Hours: Free replacement or parts.
  • AFTER 24 Hours: Damage considered customer-caused. Replacements incur fees.

5. Warranty Coverage

ForestCedar offers a One-Year Limited Warranty on all wooden saunas (Original Purchaser Only).

🛠️ Quality Defects: We provide on-site repair services for manufacturing defects.

📉 Improper Use / Aging: Repairs for misuse or natural aging are provided at cost price.

Note: Shipping damage is NOT a warranty claim and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
