1. Shipping Policy

📍 Delivery Areas

Contiguous United States: We provide standard freight shipping to the lower 48 states.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Not included in standard shipping. Please contact customer support to verify feasibility and calculate applicable surcharges.
  • International: Not currently available.

⏱️ Processing & Transit Timelines

1. To ensure the best value, orders are dispatched from our US warehouses or our international manufacturing hub based on stock availability.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Monday to Friday.
  • Handling Time: 3 – 5 business days (Mon-Fri).
  • Transit Time: 15 – 20 business days (Mon-Fri).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 18 – 25 business days.
  • Note: Custom-made or "Made-to-Order" saunas require an additional 15-20 days for production before the handling period begins.

🚚 Delivery Method (LTL Freight)

All saunas are shipped via professional LTL Freight.

  • Appointment: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window.
  • Curbside Delivery: This is a curbside delivery service. Drivers will unload the item at your curb/driveway.
  • Signature Required: An adult (18+) must be present to sign for the delivery.

2. Order Cancellation

Plans change? We understand. Fees depend on the production stage:

🕐 Within 48 Hours

Free cancellation with a 100% full refund.

⚠️ After 48 Hours (Pre-shipment)

 A $200 processing fee applies as materials are allocated for your specific order.

🚢 After Shipment

Customers are responsible for round-trip freight costs plus a 20% restocking fee.

3. Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 natural days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging.

⛔ Non-Returnable Items

Custom-sized saunas, used/installed products, and clearance items cannot be returned.

🔄 Return Process

Submit Request: Email sales@forestcedar.com with your Order # and clear photos (proof of damage or unused condition).

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@forestcedar.com. Once approved, our team will provide a specific Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return warehouse address (as our items are shipped from and must be returned to regional fulfillment centers, not our Wyoming registration office).

Refund: Upon inspection (1-2 weeks), the refund will be issued to your Original Payment Method.
(Credit cards may take an additional 3-5 days to post.)

4. Damages & Quality Issues (Critical)

48-Hour Reporting Window

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If any visible damage is found, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.

  • Within 48 Hours: We provide free replacements or repair parts.
  • AFTER 48 Hours:Damage may be considered customer-caused; however, we will still provide repair solutions at cost.

5. Warranty Coverage

Forest Cedar offers a One-Year Limited Warranty on all wooden saunas (Original Purchaser Only).

🛠️ Quality Defects: We provide on-site repair services for manufacturing defects.

📉 Improper Use / Aging: Repairs for misuse or natural aging are provided at cost price.
